Who We Are
We Make Enterprise Marketing and
Communications a Measurable Reality
The facts are in:
- Consumers are exposed to over 3,000 messages/day—Peppers & Rogers
- 66% of consumers prefer printed mail—International Communications Research (ICR)
- But 78% of mail is opened over a waste can—US Postal Service
- Traditional direct marketing response rates are < 1%—Direct Marketing Association
Today’s marketers are faced with these and many more challenging realities. More competitors, more technology choices, more educated consumers, and more expectations for meaningful interactions. Even as effective targeted customer communications have become increasingly important, few product and service solutions have emerged to provide impactful, measureable, one-to-one results. Until Now.

TouchPoint Alliance is a 501(c)6 organization that brings together a group of diverse industry leaders to deliver on the continuum of “market of one” customer communication solutions. Through a proven successful methodology, TouchPoint Alliance leverages the individual strengths of each member's company to deliver end-to-end customer communication approaches that:
- Make every touch point count
- Gain competitive advantages
- Increase incremental revenues and gross profits
Mission and Vision
New media channels and technologies continue to emerge at unparalleled rapid rates, and it is becoming increasingly more difficult for marketers to reach and engage their target audiences. As a result, marketers are turning to new and higher levels of marketing sophistication and message personalization to build measurable awareness, increase response rates, and increase revenues and profits.
TouchPoint Alliance was formed by a group of pioneering industry leaders in the Spring of 2009 as a way to leverage divergent, yet complementary inbound and outbound "market of one" customer communication capabilities, thereby accelerating their acceptance and effectiveness for member organizations, sponsors and the industry as a whole.
The mission of TouchPoint Alliance is to:
Facilitate among stakeholders the sharing of information, knowledge, and opportunities within the Enterprise Marketing Communications & Services industry, thereby encouraging and fostering healthy, sustainable commerce between Alliance members and the organizations they serve.
